⭐𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤⭐ 𝐼𝑛𝑔𝑟𝑒𝑑𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑠 1 cup unsweetened nut or seed milk of your choice 1 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp minced ginger 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp monk fruit sweetener 𝐷𝑖𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 -Heat all ingredients over medium heat or in the microwave -Pour mixture into a blender and blend well until foamy -Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
