The Numbers
By focusing on something you need to improve each day, the time adds up and you'll be much better for it!
15 minutes a day = 91.25 hours a year
30 minutes a day = 182.5 hours a year
45 minutes a day = 273.7 hours a year
60 minutes a day = 365 hours a year (15.2 days if you were thinking about that!)
